Returns and Exchanges
We understand mistakes happen. If something goes wrong, we're here for you.
You have 30 days from the date an item was delivered unless it’s damaged, soiled, or excessively used. If you request a return within 30 days of delivery, you the customer are responsible for all shipping costs. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and if the item is returned in new and re-sellable condition, appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law.
Refunds and exchanges
Orders under $7,500 can be returned to us for a full refund. However, we do not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Orders $7,500 and over can be returned, but we'll deduct a 20% return processing fee from your refund. We'll arrange the return shipping and refund the order amount (minus 20%) when we receive the product(s) from you. Unfortunately, expedited production fees are non-refundable.
Orders returned to us due to non-scheduling of delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Custom items ordered via our website are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product you are required to contact us upon delivery of the item so that we can evaluate and resolve things quickly. In this process you will be required to email photos of the damaged product(s) and fill out a short form to help us better understand the nature of the issue.
